MAJOR CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATIONS

Instructor:
Domingo Villarreal
Course length: 40 hours

This course provides crime scene technicians, detectives, and police officers with the necessary knowledge and skills for interpreting and reconstructing events at a crime scene. Participants will learn best practices for crime scene investigation, management, and documentation to ensure a thorough and accurate report of the scene. Additionally, the course emphasizes the proper collection, preservation, and packaging of evidence to maintain its integrity for legal proceedings.

  • Effective crime scene management tailored to different types of major crime scenes.
  • Preventing scene contamination or alteration due to lack of training, carelessness, or oversight.
