About Kyle King
Detective Lieutenant Kyle King has been a sworn Law Enforcement member of the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office since 1989. Most of his law enforcement career has been dedicated to investigative assignments, including crime scene investigations, child exploitation, homicide, and fourteen years as the crime scene unit supervisor. He currently serves in the Law Enforcement Services Division as commander of Criminal Investigations.
Kyle has a B.A. in Management from Warner Southern College and has presented training in various aspects of forensic investigations. He is certified by the International Association for Identification as a Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst and as a Certified Forensic Photographer.
