About Todd Crosby
Todd Crosby has served as a law enforcement officer for over 30 years. He has spent 20 years as a special agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, where he served as a Crime Scene Specialist and Homicide Investigator.
Todd currently serves as the Special Agent in Charge at the GBI Region 13 Perry, Georgia Office and is the Crime Scene Program Coordinator for the GBI Crime Scene Specialist. He served 6 years with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, 3 of those years as the Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Specialist and Crime Scene Technician.
He is a graduate of Georgia College and State University and the University of Tennessee National Forensic Academy. He is a recipient of the Dr. William Bass Award for Outstanding Achievements in Forensic Investigations.
Todd has testified as an expert witness in the areas of crime scene investigation, bloodstain pattern analysis, shooting incident reconstruction and crime scene reconstruction. He serves as a teaching associate at the National Forensic Academy and teaches local law enforcement at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center. He is also a guest lecturer at universities and other training academies.
