Forensic Postmortem and Injury Photography
This 24-hour Forensic Postmortem and Injury Photography training course is designed to familiarize the student with the proper techniques to be used in the photographic documentation of autopsies and injuries (both premortem and postmortem). Emphasis will be placed upon techniques that will render examination quality photographs. This course will include instruction on advanced aspects of camera controls and data storage. Use of light sources (including ultraviolet, infrared, and polarized visible light) will also be covered. David Larraguibel David holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from OCADU in Toronto, Canada, with a specialization in Integrated Media and Critical Theory. His dedication and skills have been acknowledged through awards, notably the prestigious BioCommunication BioImages 2022 exhibition Premiere Award in the bio-medical category. He has also made numerous contributions to academic publications, both in photography and written texts, including the Journal for BioCommunication and "On the Skin of Murder Victims" published by Carolina Academic Press. |
